Mission & Principles Statements
Since its founding the mission of SORD has remained unchanged:  Deliver a quality
product on time and in budget.  With this vision driving the company's daily
operations SORD has been steadily growing and as such the company mission has
evolved into three principles:

To preserve the highest levels of professionalism, integrity and honesty in our
relationships with our clients, subcontractors and professional associates.
To create value for our customers with top quality construction services at a fair
and market competitive price.
To safeguard the longevity of our company through repeat and referral business
by means of customer satisfaction in all facets including: personable attitudes,
attention to detail and prompt project delivery.
Specialty Office & Retail Development, Inc. (SORD) was founded by owner Wes
Ludwig. Drawing on three decades of construction experience Wes identified a need for
quality general contractors that are focused on small to mid-size work. So SORD was
developed to specialize in commercial general construction working on tenant
improvement, turnkey and retail stores that are small to mid-size projects.

Now with his son Tyler Ludwig, they run an operation with the mission to deliver top
quality commercial general contracting services at a fair and market competitive price.
